Articles

Here are a number of articles that may be of interest to you.  Some of them are copies of instructions I give to patients so that they can help themselves stay healthy.  Please note that the information presented does not replace the advice of a qualified health professional and may not necessarily be the best advice for your individual health condition.  There are also other articles related to health care issues of a more general nature that I thought may be of interest.  Your feedback and suggestions are welcome.-KK

Reach Out: Body Awareness Training for Peace Making - This is a book by John Linden, PhD of Columbus that describes techniques for promoting peace by altering our body’s response to stress through consciously altering our posture.  This should be taught in all schools, prisons and at the U.N.  Dr. Linden, remarkably, offers this book for free to anyone who wants it as long as the source is acknowledged.

Natural Sinus Allergy Care - Millions of people suffer daily from chronic sinus congestion, pressure, drainage and headaches.  Billions of dollars are spent yearly on over the counter and prescription medications for colds and sinus treatment.  This article represents the information gathered during a 30 year search for answers to my own health problems - and the successes I had along the way for myself and patients.  Hopefully, something here will help you in your search for more natural answers to chronic health issues.

Anti-inflammatory Diet  - Many chronic diseases such as arthritis, heart disease and irritable bowel syndrome are either caused or aggravated by inflammation.  Many people are sensitive or allergic to particular foods that increase the severity of inflammation in the body.  This brief article discusses some of the most common dietary causes of inflammation and the remedies that may help reduce the severity of chronic disease.
