Barbara has been with us since 1994 when, as a patient, on one of our crazy busy days, as the phone was ringing off the hook she asked “Can I answer that for you?” That level of caring and customer service endeared her to us as it does to everyone she comes in contact with. For Barbara, the patient’s healing begins with answering the phone.
